RETURN POLICY AND WARRANTY
7 Day Return Policy
Any Corvus watch or other product may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of
receipt. The product and all original packaging must be complete, and in original,
undamaged "as sold" condition. All returns from locations in the U.S.A. must be securely
and safely packaged and sent to us by U.S.P.S. Priority Mail, with full insurance.
International buyers must email to
info@corvuswatch.com for shipping instructions,
which vary by location. Return shipping and packaging costs are the responsibility of
the buyer.
2-Year Limited, Transferable Warranty
Corvus watches are a product of the finest Swiss, German and U.S.A. craftsmanship and
technology. There is no tougher watch made in the world. Every Corvus watch is covered
by a 2-year limited warranty, starting from the date your watch is shipped to you. The
warranty covers manufacturing defects that affect the functionality of the watch. The
warranty does not cover defects caused by outside force or improper use. Cosmetic
defects are not covered under the 2-year limited warranty, and may only be a basis for
return under the 7-day return policy, described above.
We understand that a well-made watch takes on a life of its own that often includes more
than one owner. Any time remaining on our limited warranty may be transferred to any
subsequent owner. In order to qualify for this transferred warranty period, the new
owner must return the watch to us for pressure testing and gasket replacement. When
shipped from the U.S.A., the watch must be packaged and sent by U.S.P.S. Priority Mail,
with full insurance, accompanied by a check or money order for $50 to cover the cost of
pressure testing, new gaskets, and return postage. International buyers must first email
info@corvuswatch.com for shipping instructions and fee, which vary by location.
Free Lifetime Pressure-Testing for Diving Watches
Corvus diving watches are designed for actual field use. As a result, we recommend
yearly pressure testing to insure reliability for mission-critical applications. Any
Corvus diving watch (MIL-W-22176A) may be returned to us for pressure testing to 110
feet. From the U.S.A., simply return the securely packaged watch to us by U.S.P.S.
Priority Mail, with full insurance, accompanied by a check or money order for $10 to
cover return postage. International buyers must first email info@corvuswatch.com for
shipping instructions and fee, which vary by location. Should the watch fail pressure
testing after the expiration of the 2-year limited warranty period, we will advise you
as to the approximate cost of repair to restore the watch to 110 feet water resistance,
if possible. Aviator and chronograph watches are not included in this offer.
